1. Is there an initiation or start-up fee?
No. There is no fee to join. You pay a monthly subscription fee based on hours, as describe above.
3. Is my VA (Virtual Assistant) the only person doing the work?
Your VA is supported by a team of specialists in our Research Desk that have expertise in various fields such as internet research, data entry, travel, document editing, etc. When you have a large or specialized task, your VA will forward your task to the Research Desk and provide guidance until completion.
5. Does unused time roll-over to the next month?
No, unused time expires at the end of your billing cycle. But you can contact us if you want to use us for next month also. In that case we can extend it.
7. Can people sign up who are outside of the US, Canada, UK or Australia?
Yes. AskMyHand does currently service members from around the world but our requests must be English-based (Even for some cases we use google translator to give support for Non English Customers).
2. How do I interact with my Dedicated Assistant?
Treat your VA as you would your assistant at the office. Give a clear and detailed description of your task or request and also provide any guidance you have (data research, data entry, order management etc.) on how to go about executing it. Your VA will work his best to complete your task or request but often you have a base level of information on the request that needs to be communicated to us.
4. How safe is my data?
We have a highly secure data center keeping all of your data safe and protected. Agents can’t see any of the passwords you have provided in the AskMyHand Portal.
6. Can I share my membership with other people?
Dedicated Assistant plans can be shared amongst anyone in your office, family or circle of friends.You can share your login information with your co-worker.
8. What is AskMyHand’s refund policy?
Once membership fees is non-refundable. If you plan on discontinuing membership, please make sure you do so before the start of your next billing cycle.
